Meet Your Coach

I’m Scott, founder of Scoza Fitness.
I’ve coached elite athletes and busy parents, tradespeople and CEOs — because I’ve lived all those lives. I’ve been a corporate executive, a stressed-out business leader, a dad juggling life, and someone who transformed my own health from the ground up.
Now, I coach with purpose — to help you do the same.

We work in a judgement free zone! Whether 1 on 1 or in a small group of up to 3 people, there is no pressure, no one looking, no one listening – It’s all about you!

Workouts designed for you at your pace. No needing to adapt because you cant get a machine or weight, no one trying to push in and use a machine you are using, no disturbance – It’s all about you!

Outdoor / Indoor options
We work in either a small, well equipped garage studio, the magnificent outdoors in a park or even at your own home
